Cherie Leeden a proven Executive in the global mineral resources sector with more than two decades of experience, including over 10 years at ASX and TSX listed board level. She has led and promoted businesses in senior positions at publicly trades companies as well as developed and built several successful resource focused start-ups. She has spent her career discovering mineral deposits that translate to a cleaner world and has built successful companies and teams around those projects, adding significant value to stakeholders along the way. Cherie has experience at negotiating and executing win-win business transactions with a multitude of companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
Cherie has extensive technical experience in exploration and resource development, across a range of commodities, and has managed projects and companies in the Americas, Africa and Australasia. Prior to founding NV Resources, Cherie was CEO and Co-Founder of Battery Minerals Limited which she led from start-up to an ASX public listing. Cherie resigned from Battery Minerals after completing a positive feasibility study and successful capital raising, leaving the company well-resourced and funded to transition from explorer to mine developer. Cherie is experienced in capital raisings, merger & acquisitions, and complex joint venture negotiations. Cherie also enjoys negotiating win-win land access agreements with tribes and ranch owners.
Cherie is engaged to provide strategic & technical advice to the Boards of a select few resource focused companies and funds. Cherie is proud to be part of the global mining industry and has a passion for adding value via exploration. She promotes the industry and its vital role in our society at every chance she gets.
Cherie holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Geology with Honours from the Western Australian School of Mines and is a member of: American Exploration and Mining Association, Women's Mining Coalition, Australian Institute of Geoscientists, Geological Society of Nevada, Australian Institute of Company Directors. Debra Struhsacker is a well-recognized hardrock mining policy expert with over 30 years of hands-on expertise with the environmental and public land laws and regulations pertaining to mineral exploration and mine development in the U.S.A.
Debra provides environmental permitting and government relations consulting services to mineral exploration and mining clients. She has a proven track record of successfully representing clients in legislative and administrative issues on the state and federal levels and in securing project permits for exploration and mining projects.
Since 1993, she has been an active participant in the legislative dialogue to change the U.S. Mining Law. She has provided testimonies at Congressional hearings on the National Environmental Policy Act, on abandoned mine policies, and the state and federal environmental regulatory framework applicable to modern mines. Most recently, she testified on behalf of the Women's Mining Coalition in July 2021 and May 2022 before the House Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources at hearings on the U.S. Mining Law.
Her legislative work in Nevada includes playing a key role in repealing a special state tax on federal mining claims, helping persuade legislators to abandon a legislative proposal to tax minerals prior to severance, and convincing legislators not to raise the tax rate on mineral, oil and gas, and geothermal energy production.
Debra is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Wellesley College where she majored in both geology and French. She also has a Master of Science degree in geology from the University of Montana.
Debra is one of the founders of the Women's Mining Coalition and currently serves on the Coalition's Board of Directors. She is a Certified Professional Geologist with the American Institute of Professional Geologists. Her professional memberships include the Mining and Metallurgical Society of America; the Society for Mining, Metallurgy, and Exploration, Inc.; and the Geological Society of Nevada. She has served twice as a trustee of the Northwest Mining Association (now the American Exploration & Mining Association).
As Chief Geophysicist at Independence Group (ASX:IGO), David led regional and in-mine geophysics teams to exploration success, including discovery of the Moran and Long North nickel orebodies at Kambalda and the Rosie nickel deposit in the Duketon greenstone belt in Western Australia. The Kambalda in-mine team made innovative use of underground TEM transmitter loops and a high-powered transmitter developed in collaboration with Curtin University.
David also discovered The Horn nickel sulphide deposit in the Wildara greenstone belt and contributed to the discovery of the Lounge Lizard nickel orebody (acquired by Western Areas from Kagara in 2012) south of Flying Fox in the Forrestania belt for LionOre. He contributed to the Nordic Mining discovery of nickel sulphide mineralization in the Reinfjord and Lokkarfjord intrusions on the Øksfjord Peninsula, northern Norway, and the Ardiden Limited (ASX:ADV) Silver Star North graphite discovery in Ontario. As a graduate geophysicist at WMC, he had a key role in the discovery of the Gum Pool palaeochannel groundwater resource for Leinster Nickel Operations using moving loop TEM.
David graduated from University of Melbourne in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Geophysics. From 1995 to mid-1997, David completed his Master of Science degree at the University of Utah within the Consortium for Electromagnetic Modeling and Inversion (CEMI), funded by a WMC Company Fellowship. He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia.
David has held technical specialist positions with major mining companies (Western Mining Corporation, Rio Tinto) and mid-tier producers (LionOre, Independence Group). He has served on the boards of private (Revelation Geoscience, a Vancouver-based multi-disciplinary geoscience consulting firm acquired by CSA Global) and public (Cassini Resources Ltd, an ASX-listed junior explorer) companies. As a consultant, he has provided advice to explorers in Australia, Asia, Africa, the Americas and Scandinavia.

Regina Molloy is a multi-commodity economic geologist. Her expertise is full mine development cycles from early stage exploration to mine development. She has extensive experience in conducting project generation and evaluation at an international level. This encompasses project potential assessments for resource and reserve conversion, investment critique and recommendations, commodity specific geological terrain exploration identification, and daily management of exploration development projects. Regina also has experience in regional and project level management, including geophysics, seismic, geological mapping, geochemistry, drill hole programs and databases. She is also advanced in data auditing and reviews, including optimization of resource and reserve classifications, statutory reporting, and public announcement code compliance.
Regina has over 30 years experience in Archean gold, porphyry copper-gold, sediment copper, uranium, BIF & itabirite iron ore, coal, potash, MVT lead and zinc, cobalt and graphite deposits. She carries extensive global geological experience in a variety of terrains, including Australia, Chile, Argentina, USA, Liberia, Guinea, Gabon, Tanzania, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Malawi & Zambia. Her current focus is searching globally for early-stage exploration projects suitable for mine development.
Regina is Exploration Manager of Gold Bull Resources and advises ASX and TSX listed clients.

Gina Ferrara has a Masters in International Business and has more than ten years' experience in international trade, marketing, supply chain traceability, logistics management, and software development. She provides International Business advice, marketing, logistics and IT support to our team.
Gina has been an integral part of the NV RESOURCES team since incorporation in 2017.
Prior to relocating to Nevada for NV Resources, Gina resided in China for over four years where she founded a successful international consulting business. Her consulting Company focused on product procurement/sourcing from China, including sourcing and purchasing of materials/minerals, managing import/export processes, customs, and logistics. She has led numerous successful projects in an efficient manner while maintaining high quality standards. While in Shanghai, China, Gina completed a Master’s in International Trade. She is proficient in Mandarin Chinese and an expert in Chinese relations.
Gina has experience in sourcing battery minerals and materials. Prior to 2017, while living in China, she consulted to a publicly listed Companies to investigate their lithium ion battery mineral supply chain in China. This work resulted in a number of positive changes that improved the supply chain traceability, accountability and environmental best practice policy, without increasing the material cost.
Eunilyn (Euni) Tuyor has more than 9 years' experience as a technical Geologist.
For the past three years, Euni’s has been working for NV Resources on exploration project generation, with a focus is on critical mineral project generation in the USA. Prior to commencing with NV Resources, Euni gained 5 years of experience at a Au-Ag epithermal underground mining project in the Philippines, owned by a TSX listed company. Euni has had experience as a Mine Geologist and Resource Geologist, overseeing the grade control and reconciliation production, geological modelling and numerical modelling. She is a competent user of GEOVIA Surpac, Leapfrog Geo, QGIS and Map Info Professional and QGIS.
She’s a licensed professional Geologist and a member of the Geological Society of the Philippines (GSP) and a member of the US Women's Mining Coalition (WMC).
Euni is currently focussed on uranium project generation within the USA.
