Battery fueled electrification is driving demand for these elements. The world is not discovering enough of these minerals to keep up with the projected demand therefore these minerals are our focus.
Preferably in states of Nevada, Utah, Arizona and New Mexico, however, we will consider all states for the right project.
We will not consider projects in or near National Parks, Wilderness Designated areas or Cities.
We will also consider projects of merit globally.

The quick answer is everything, however in reality this varies depending on what our investors are looking for at the current time (i.e., 'what's hot?'). Currently we are seeking:
Primary Focus: Copper, uranium, REE's, silver any other critical minerals used in batteries & electrification.
Secondary Focus: We are open minded to review any exploration project of merit (including gold).
Our appraising geology team will prioritize our Primary Focus commodities over our Secondary Focus commodities; however our intent is to review all submissions in a timely manner.
We welcome submissions from individuals such as: retired geoscientists, geoscience students, prospectors, geologists, ranch owners (who own the mineral rights), relatives of deceased mineral estates other project generators.
Most of our partners are retired or semi-retired geoscientists who have been sitting on a good idea/target for several decades however require a partner to do most of the work involved with securing and marketing the project.
You may be a first-time entrepreneur, a retiree with a great idea, a ranch owner of mineral rights, or an established industry professional that has an early-stage exploration idea/data-room, that you are seeking to de-risk, advance and vend/sell.
You may or may not have secured land access (i.e., you may own the project, or you may know of an available project to stake/acquire).
Primary Focus: USA
Secondary Focus: Globally (anywhere safe enough that you would not think twice about sending your family for a holiday).
Remuneration is success based. If we do not pursue your project, there will be no payment.
Every project is unique, therefore every project commands a different value, which also fluctuates dependent on commodity prices and market conditions at the time.
For projects that we are confident to pursue we will sit down with the person who submitted the opportunity to determine what is your main motivator? Some people prefer cash up front or an annual payment, others prefer to focus more on shares/options for greater exposure to the project's upside, others prefer a minority free carried interest and/or a royalty. We strive to reach a fair deal structure based on your preference and have a number of templates and past examples to share, largely dependent on the stage of the project (i.e., a drill ready project based on systematic science will fetch a lot more than a few anomalous rock chip samples).
Some submitters have spent a lot of money and years of their life advancing their project while other submitters have never stepped foot on the ground nor invested a dollar and merely have an idea (often an idea of value). For these reasons, each project is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and discussed transparently.
Most deals are structured on a profit-share partnership basis.
There is never any pressure or obligation to accept our offer.
NV Resources is pleased to execute a standard Confidentiality Agreement (CA) prior to receiving any confidential information.
We are seeking assets from concept stage through to existing resource stage.
Our ideal targets are early-stage exploration assets that boast some surface data (such as rock chip sampling, soil sampling, airborne surveys, geological mapping).
These Greenfields exploration assets are considered high risk/high reward. They are generally the hardest mineral assets to place/sell/vend. Early-stage exploration assets are our specialty, and this is what our long-standing global network of investors and contacts is focused on.

We request that you submit a summary presentation or short summary report that describes your Project and/or its unrealized potential. The more orderly your project and data is presented, the quicker we will appraise your project.
Projects that boast a data room that is in digital form will be provided priority assessment (i.e., data and reports have been scanned).
Projects that only contain hard copy (paper) data remain of interest however their appraisal will be dependent on our local team's availability to assess the data in person or have it digitized.
Cherie Leeden has been involved with 'flipping' mineral exploration projects for 20 years, and she is considered the 'young one' of the geology team. Cherie has 'flipped' mineral assets while working for majors and juniors and everything in-between.
These days, Cherie's focus is on maintaining direct relationships with a global investor network who continue to back projects that the NV Resouces team endorse based on their track record of success and positive shareholder return.
To foster the investor relationships that are so critical to this business model, Cherie spends most of her time either on the phone/zoom networking with investors or travelling globally to meet with existing stakeholders. In addition to fostering existing relationships, Cherie is continually seeking additional credible investors for the resources sector. Therefore, there is no stockbroker in-between.

If you share information about the project (without divulging its exact location) and we like the sound of it, we can then execute a success-based Finder's Fee agreement which protects you and assigns you compensation if we decide the project is worthy of staking and/or acquiring.
Often in this case, you have spent nothing, nor a lot of your time, yet you may be eligible for a lucrative Finder's Fee if we like your idea enough to pursue it. We consider this a win-win deal, and that's what we strive for in all of our deal structures.
